fifa 18 is closer and closer to us, and fifa 18 demo release date has been confirmed on september 15, 2017 for ps4 and xbox one. a lots of new features of fut 18 has been revealed, and also a bunch of rumors are spreading. we have talked about fifa 18 stadiums, new features and predicted some players ratings, today we are going to cover some news about the fifa 18 leagues and teams.

every year, we are expecting to see more leagues can be added into the game, and ea sports always try their best to get more leagues and teams to be licensed. any new league will appear in fifa 18? recently one named ironaldo_fut posted a fifa 18 league list from the source codes on reddit. below is the full fifa 18 leagues list from the post:

• many 2nd - 5th leagues from switzerland, norway, england, spain, saudi arabia, and many more countries are in the codes also .

• colombian, argentinian, and some leagues were duplicated and  named a lot of times .

on the list we have found some interesting things:

1.       china top league on the list means the big-name attraction, money-bags machines, chinese super league is finally in fifa? if so, why it is named china top league? probably end up with only a couple of clubs? as ironaldo_fut said he also saw guangzhou in there.

2.       as you know the bundesliga 3 has been confirmed to be in fifa 18, but it is missing on the list. why? with the sentence “many 2nd - 5th leagues from switzerland, norway, england, spain, saudi arabia, and many more countries are in the codes also.”, maybe we can figure out in the code but none of them should be playable as opposed to the german 3rd league.

3.       does it mean we'll have both 1st and 2nd mexican division with liga bancomer mx and mexico apertura on the list? no, it doesn’t mean that. mexico, colombia and chile have two tournaments a year - apertura and lausura (opening and closing in spanish), it’s just the name of the tournament not the adding of a second division.
