formation and squad:

players instructions: 

st: stay central, stay in the middle.

lf, rf: get in behind, to run behind the defender.

cm: stay back.

other players' instructions are the default settings.

forwards and lf, rf: the players have good shot and high speed recommended. 

perfect normal forwards: c ronaldo, aguero; preferably normal forwards: lacazette, suarez.

perfect lf: neymar, c ronaldo; preferably lf: marco reus, eden hazard. perfect rf: messi; preferably rf: robben, bale.

left cm and right cm: for workrates, choose h/h or h/m. we suggest to choose two types of players: 1, all-around players with good attack and defense, such as pogba, nainggolan, modric, marchisio, vidal. 2, strong and fast offensive winger, and better with h/h workrates, it will get more active playback, of course a winger like bale that has 60+ defense, his h/m workrates does not matter anymore. recommended players: willian, mkhitaryan, carlos tevez.

middle cm: if the cm in your squad plays for defense, the best workrates should be h/m, h/h also can be used well, defensive workrates of the middle cm must be high.

perfect middle cm: effenberg, vieira; preferably middle cm: vidal, ramires, nainggolan, marchisio.

cb: we prefer fast and tall central defender with good standing tackles. 

perfect normal defender: ramos, boateng, chiellini, carvajal; preferably normal defender: miranda, manolas, barzagli.
