With the suspension of most leagues around the world due to the emergency related to the spread of the COVID-19, EA Sports was forced to introduce a new weekly event, called TOTW Moments, which will replace the Team of the Week until the resumption of tournaments. FIFA 20 TOTW Moments

Since the championships are suspended due to the Coronavirus epidemic, EA Sports has decided to replace the classic TOTW with the TOTW Moments which is entirely based on a historic TOTW version of the previous FUTs.

What Is Team of the Week Moments? The new system should be strongly based on the Team of the Week and at the same time be authentic and in connection with real football. That is why historical TOTW publications should be used. Every week, data from old years is used by FIFA Ultimate Team and new cards are created on this basis. However, the systems should remain separate so that normal operations can continue from the TOTW as soon as the leagues begin again.

How Does TOTW Moments Work Exactly? All published players from the "Team of the Week Moments" represent their current club. So if a player has switched between this and a previous season, he will still be assigned to the current team. The card upgrades will also be based on current values. If a player no longer plays actively or is included in FUT 20, then he will not be included in the TOTW Moments.
