advantage: very organised and solid midfield build up.in offensive, lm and rm can change the formation to 4-3-3; in defensive,lm and rm can change formation to 4-3-2-1;formation's collocation can be easy.

disadvantage: cm’s should have high attacking work rate and the chemistry is very important!
